Chef Nancy is hosting another class/dinner at Falster Farm. The theme is Mother's Day and while the younger ones are in the kitchen, the moms and grandmothers will
be learning about herbs for health and tea by herbalist Susan Thames.
This is a special event allowing young ladies to prepare a meal for their mom or grandmother with help from Chef Nancy.
The young ladies will prepare chicken salad, pinwheels, heavenly eggs, carrot curls, radish roses, herbal tea and parfait for dessert. Napkin folding and table setting will be part of the experience in getting ready to serve their delicious meal.
