I wanted to let you all know that the annual Animal Shelter Garage Sale will be May 17 - May 19 this year.

We made over $5000 last year and this years' goal is $7000. 

We need stuff!

We already have 2 storage spaces full of items that have been donated.  If you have anything to donate from furniture to books, purdy things, tools and stuff (no clothes please), call Miss Denise at 903-629-7471 evenings and weekends or 903-342-3654 during business hours. 

We have the space so if you are doing any cleaning out this Spring, remember the shelter.

We need volunteers!

I'd like to help with this part, but I'm too short to put things on the tables. So we need human volunteers to set up, handle the sorting, cleaning items, pricing, etc., on Monday, May 14 through Wednesday May 16, from 8am till 4 pm each day. 

If you can help, please call Miss Denise. We really need a lot of hands. All of us four-footed folks only have paws, and they are not very good for picking things up.

The sale is Thursday, May 17 - Saturday May 19th and we need volunteers on those days too.

Without volunteers, we would have a very difficult time with this fundraiser. We appreciate every human friend who lends a hand.

I hope you can help for this great event.  It is a lot of work but a lot of fun too!  Any support you can give us will be greatly appreciated, not only by us but by the dogs and cats that depend on us for their care.

We need shoppers!

You'd be surprised to see what is for sale! It's fun just to roam around and find just the right things to buy and haul home!

If you do anything for us, whether setting things up, helping to sell things or shopping, one of us will lick your hand to thank you.

This is the only fundraiser we have for the shelter and the money has really helped us with being able to give all incoming animals shots and also vet care if needed. Plus food and toys, of course.

Thank you in advance for helping the animals waiting for a new fambly to love. They need you!
