According to Texas Parks and Wildlife, over 30,000 youth and adults
in Texas become certified in hunter education.  The certification lasts
a lifetime and is recognized by all states and provinces requiring
hunter education.

crimestopper program for fish and wildlife.

The organization offers up to $1,000 for information leading to
the arrest and conviction of individuals who exploit wildlife and
fish by, for example, ignoring bag limits, use unlawful hunting
or fishing methods for profit.
