Owner of the new Steak House, Bob Miller has completely transformed the look and feel of the restaurant to everything related to cowboys, rodeos and country music over the last 50 years. The restaurant is filled with saddles to endless western photographs of famous events and people.
The best part is enjoying a fabulous steak that are individually cooked and seasoned to perfection. One of the signature dishes is the Saddleback Chicken, with special spices and smoked all day. If you are in an exotic mood try the wrapped and stuffed Quail. The Guy Clark is a specialty Italian dish served right in the pan it was created in.
