The Culture Club Art Gallery is a rare find for a small town like Winnsboro.  The majority of art is from the collection of Vic Clark owner of the gallery.  It includes not only art from local artists but also a collection of the Masters like Pablo Picasso, Adny Worhol, Salvador Dali, Gustav Klint and more.
