Trick or Treat Downtown Winnsboro
October 31 @ 5:30 pm - 7:00 pm
The trick or treating starts at 5:30 pm. Last year there were 5,000 kids and adults that participated. Local stores and businesses will be passing out free candy. This event is sponsored by the Winnsboro Chamber of Commerce.
