Pick up your Sip & Shop Passport and a list of participating businesses from the Bowery Boutique at 220 Market St. Winnsboro, Texas, and then come visit Winnsboro Center for the Arts at 200 Market St. for lite refreshments, shopping, and a free stamp on your Passport!

Collect six stamps from participating businesses for a 10% discount on a single item or 12 stamps for a 20% discount on a single item at a participating business. Purchases are not required in order to get a stamp on your passport.
