In the last 10 years Winnsboro has grown and by many accounts has been discovered by surrounding communities in the region including Dallas. Our unique restaurants, shops and the growth of the Winnsboro Arts Center brings many offerings for locals and visitors alike.   Winnsboro is well known for art, theatre, classes, exhibits and opportunities to get involved in the community.
